Marketing Ops & Strategy Specialist — Equity & AI

Perk is seeking a SPO Specialist to join our Strategy, Planning and Operations function. You’ll support Marketing Leadership, run the quarterly OKR cadence, manage the marketing calendar, budgeting and PO processes, and oversee team operations from onboarding to offsites and events.

You’ll work cross‑functionally with Content, Product Marketing and Social Media, using Asana and AI to reduce admin friction and improve collaboration across Marketing teams.
