Engineering Operations OJT Lead

NATS Ltd in Prestwick is seeking an experienced OJT Training Lead to oversee on-the-job training activities for the SMCC engineers and apprentices. You will plan, coordinate and record OJT delivery, align it with regulatory requirements and course dates, and drive consistency of training across watches.

As a senior leader, you will mentor apprentices, manage performance, promote safety culture, and collaborate with Technical Learning to develop innovative learning tools.
