CDD Operations Performance Lead

Global Payments is seeking a CDD Operational Performance Officer to strengthen our CDD controls and risk management within the Enterprise team. You will drive data-driven improvements across Onboarding and Ongoing Monitoring and lead thematic reviews to ensure robust decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in assurance or controls, strong AML/KYC/CDD knowledge, and the ability to challenge complex decisions. ICA/ACAMS is a bonus; AI in compliance experience is a plus.
