Divisional Operations & Governance Lead

UCL is seeking an experienced Division Operations role to provide comprehensive operational support to a busy division. You will manage diary systems, events, and meetings while coordinating workforce planning, recruitment, and induction processes.

You will also support budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of divisional reports for governance. The role requires strong IT, literacy and numeracy, and excellent stakeholder communication across Finance, HR and Estates.
