Electronics Project Manager – Bespoke Manufacturing

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager (Bespoke Electronics) to own end-to-end delivery of customized electronic components from initial client requirements to finished products. The role is based in Southampton with a Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm schedule.

The ideal candidate has an electrical/electronics background, will lead a team of engineers, and report to the Managing Director as 2nd in command. Salary is £50,000–£60,000 with training and progression opportunities.
