Latent Defects Surveyor / Project Manager
Our client is seeking a Building Surveyor / Project Manager to act as a Latent Defects Surveyor, handling a portfolio of latent defects / structural warranty claims on a ‘project managed’ basis, without financial restriction.
You will work from home and operate throughout Greater London as required, acting for key clients.
You will be typically skilled / experienced in defect diagnosis and building pathology. You will be MRICS / AssocRICS and/or MCIOB qualified.
