Sizewell C is seeking a People Business Partner to join the People team, providing hands-on, commercially focused HR support across a growing, complex organisation. You’ll partner with designated leaders, translate people plans into practical actions, coach managers, and navigate matrix structures across multiple business areas.
The role requires 3–4 years of HRBP experience, CIPD qualified or equivalent, strong employment law knowledge, and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
