Senior Care Leader – Elderly & Dementia Care

Orders of St. John Care Trust is seeking a Care Leader for Millbrook Lodge in Brockworth. You will lead a small team of carers, ensuring residents receive person-centred care, while coordinating with the Home Manager and maintaining high standards of wellbeing and dignity.

You’ll bring NVQ Level 3 (or Level 2 with plans to study to Level 3) and strong communication skills, with a positive, motivational approach to staff and residents in a residential care setting.
