London Paralegal (12-Month FTC) – Telecoms & M&A

Helios Towers Africa Ltd in London is seeking a Paralegal to support the Group Legal department on day-to-day matters, with a focus on commercial, financing and M&A work.

You will work with the London-based legal team, assisting with drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents, maintaining templates and supporting legal reporting. This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time, on-site role.
