Brand & Communications Lead — Growth, Partnerships & Impact

First Mile is seeking a Brand & Comms Lead to own and grow our external brand and communications across the UK. You will build senior-level relationships with trade bodies, government and media, shaping messaging, tone and strategy that elevate our profile beyond London and drive public and enterprise opportunities.

You will lead the Brand & Design team, oversee PR activities, and ensure alignment with growth plans, M&A integration, and ESG storytelling.
