Ward Manager – Lead In-Patient Mental Health Care

Cygnet Health Care in Bury, Greater Manchester, is seeking a professional Ward Manager to lead, inspire and oversee delivery of excellent care across the ward. You’ll work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.

Based at Cygnet Bury Hudson, the role involves implementing improvement strategies, managing change, ensuring patient safety and rights, and supporting a multidisciplinary team in a secure mental health setting.
