SEND EHCP Officer — Shape Plans & Futures for Children

Lancashire County Council is recruiting a SEND EHCP Officer to manage the full end-to-end EHCP process – from assessment and plan writing through to reviews, amendments and reassessments. You will co-produce high‑quality, person‑centred plans with children, families and partner agencies, ensuring they are clear, compliant and outcome‑focused.

You’ll work closely with SENCOs, education, health and care professionals to monitor provision, meet statutory timescales and support informed decisions.
