Multi-Site HR Leader: Engagement, ER & Change

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR agenda across Sainsbury’s Transport at Hams Hall and Sainsburys Argos at Worcester (Shire Park).

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will guide employee relations, engagement and change while supporting operational success and wellbeing across sites. This role requires union engagement experience and pay negotiations, with core hours Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 and regular site travel.
