Deputy Manager – Lead Complex Care & Behavior Support

Pharmacyupdate is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to lead and support care teams delivering high-acuity services for individuals with complex needs. You will oversee staffing mix (3:1, 4:1, 5:1), ensure safety, risk management and high-quality care plans, while guiding staff through challenging behaviour and safeguarding processes.

You will lead with confidence, make safe decisions under pressure, and collaborate with clinical teams to uphold best practices and compliant documentation.
