Job Description:
Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join the Adult Community Learning Disability Service in Lowestoft. You will work within a dynamic MDT to develop specialist SLT provision for adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs, promoting independence and communication.
The role involves autonomous clinical work, dysphagia assessment/intervention, MDT collaboration, and leading training for families and carers.
