Franchise Governance & Compliance Lead

Wonderfield Group is seeking a Franchise Governance & Compliance Manager for its Head Office in the UK. This full-time role focuses on overseeing franchise governance, compliance and contractual processes across the network, managing complex disputes, exits and entity changes, while driving continuous improvements in CRM and process automation.

You will work with Operations, Legal, Finance and HR to ensure standards are met, and you will help scale the franchise network across the UK and Europe
