Remote ITSM Service Architect HaloITSM Design Authority

Next Ventures is seeking an experienced ITSM Service Architect to act as the design authority for a HaloITSM implementation. This role will own the target service management model and ensure all requirements, configurations and integrations fit a coherent, best-practice design.

The SA will work to the target ITSM operating model, define build standards and challenge designs that depart from Halo out-of-the-box strengths, ensuring consistency across phases.
