This is an excellent opportunity for a senior vet who is passionate about clinical excellence and ready to lead, inspire and develop a dedicated team.The RoleThe Head Vet will play a key role within the surgerys management team, leading the continuous improvement of clinical standards and services. The successful candidate will combine strong clinical expertise with confident leadership skills, driving high standards of evidence-based medicine while coaching and mentoring colleagues.
