Dumper & Roller Driver

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Dumper and Roller Driver to work on a busy construction site.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating dumpers and rollers on construction or civil engineering projects, with a strong understanding of site health and safety procedures.

We are looking for hardworking, punctual individuals who can work effectively as part of a site team and follow instructions from site management.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate dumpers and rollers safely and efficiently on site.
• Move and transport materials around the construction site as required.
• Carry out compaction work to the required standards.
• Complete daily equipment checks and report any defects.
• Follow site instructions and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Assist with general site duties when required.
• Ensure machinery is operated in accordance with site procedures and manufacturer guidelines.

Requirements

• Valid CPCS or NPORS card for the relevant machinery.
• Previous experience operating dumpers and rollers.
• Good understanding of construction site health and safety.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
• Full PPE, including safety boots and hard hat, as required by the site.
• Right to work in the UK.
