Residential Team Leader: Empower Care & Independence

NovaStars Group in West Bromwich is seeking a Residential Team Leader to lead shifts and ensure safe, high-quality care for residents with mental health needs, learning disabilities and autism. You will support residents to develop independence, life skills and emotional wellbeing while maintaining strong records and adhering to CQC standards.
