FP&A Manager

The Opportunity

As FP&A Manager, you’ll take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes while delivering meaningful analysis that influences business performance across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle
• Delivering insightful management reporting and performance analysis
• Partnering with commercial, operational and technology teams
• Developing financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions and growth projects
• Identifying risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations
• Enhancing FP&A processes, reporting tools and data quality
• Supporting board, investor and executive-level reporting

About You

We’re looking for a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with:

• Previous FP&A experience within a technology, software, SaaS or high‑growth environment
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• The ability to translate complex financial data into clear commercial insights
• A proactive mindset and desire to influence decision‑making

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you’ll act as a key business partner, driving financial insight, supporting strategic decision‑making and helping shape the company’s future trajectory.
