Pipefitter – Commercial

The Client

One of the UK’s largest M&E building services organisations, supporting all aspects of Commercial, Domestic and Industrial projects throughout England, Wales and Scotland.

The Role

Working on a residential apartment block, the ideal candidate will have a background in Pipefitting, completing all aspects of mechanical installation to existing risers and communal areas.

Prior experience working with the below is essential:

• Drilling 40mm holes through existing walls
• Fit timber batons for incasement
• Fix pipe supports and pipework
• Air test pipe and fit insulation
• Fit incasement covers

Required Experience

• Fitting Crimp-fit Mapress AISI 316 Stainless Steel Pipework
• Thermal Pipework Insulation Kingspan Kooltherm

All Person Must Have:

• CSCS with trade
