Senior OT – Multi-Site Care Leader

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to work across four North East services including Laurel Place in Bishop Auckland and Tyne Grange in Newcastle. You will lead a clinical team, manage a substantial caseload and deliver person-centred OT interventions to maximise independence.

You will supervise Junior Therapists and Therapy Assistants, conduct assessments, maintain accurate records and collaborate with the wider Therapy Team to drive high-quality rehabilitation
