Global Employee Relations Specialist

Take-Two Interactive is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist based in the UK to support EMEA while collaborating with North America and APAC. You’ll manage investigations from intake to outcome, advise managers on discipline and policy application, and help develop global and local policies in a fast-paced, international setting.

You will partner with HR, Legal and Compliance, managing health and workplace support cases and ensuring confidentiality and fair treatment across regions.
