Manufacturing: Trainee to Production Team Leader

Nicholas Associates is seeking a Production Operative in Heanor to join a manufacturing team manufacturing fire seals for oil, gas, marine and defence industries. The role involves assembling mouldings, reading drawings, and operating sewing equipment on a 37.5-hour week with typical Mon-Thu 7.30–16.00, Fri 7.30–13.00.

As you progress toward Team Leader, earnings rise with updated rates; holiday entitlement is 30 days and a salary sacrifice pension plan (5% employee / 7% company) is available.
