Job Description:
John Lewis is seeking an Infrastructure Delivery Administrator, Nights, to join the Magna Park NDC 1 site in Milton Keynes on a 3-month fixed term. The role covers IT administration, fault logging, and incident resolution for end-to-end fulfilment, with a 37.5 hour week on a Sunday-Thursday night rota and one Saturday every three weeks.
You’ll troubleshoot hardware and software, liaise with resolver groups, and deliver timely updates to stakeholders while ensuring SLAs are met and IT systems
