Site Manager

Overview

In this role you lead high-end residential builds for a well-established developer, guiding projects from inception to completion on Surrey sites. You will work closely with stakeholders, maintain strict safety and quality standards, and manage site operations to deliver luxury homes on time. Your client-facing presence and organised leadership will drive project success and pride in craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• oversee site activities from start to finish on traditional/build homes
• enforce health and safety standards and maintain documentation
• manage现场 coordination and supervise trades and subcontractors
• maintain client-facing communication and professional presentation
• ensure project programmes and quality control are met
• handle site paperwork and reporting related to site progress and safety

Key requirements

• proven track record with a reputable high-end residential developer
• experience with RC Frame work
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
• strong health & safety focus and paperwork handling
• presentable with strong client-facing skills
• excellent management and organisational abilities
• strong personality and pride in workmanship
