Hybrid Payroll Supervisor: Automation & Team Lead

HRGO Recruitment is seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to join our client’s busy payroll function in a hybrid role (2 days in the office, 3 days at home). You will supervise end-to-end payroll for employees, contractors and temporary staff, ensuring accurate and timely payments.

You’ll lead a small payroll team, drive automation and process improvements, maintain payroll records and support year-end processes while liaising with HR, Finance and external suppliers.
