Reporting Manager

Overview

En esta role, you will lead the Data & Reporting Team to deliver timely reports, dashboards and analyses that support mass engagement and fundraising programmes. You will drive insights to inform donor and alumni initiatives while maximizing the CRM and automation capabilities to improve data quality and efficiency. The role requires coordinating cross‑team efforts, managing competing priorities, and shaping CRM developments to meet strategic goals. Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of analysts and oversee the programme of work
• Deliver reports, dashboards and one-off analyses for fundraising and engagement
• Promote data insights to drive fundraising and engagement programmes
• Maximise Microsoft Dynamics CRM usage and deliver automations/integrations with the CRM
• Assess future CRM developments, shape requirements and supervise implementation
• Plan and prioritise multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new fundraising initiatives and supporter journeys

Key requirements

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (technical or database management)
• Proficient in building Power BI reports with data models and architecture
• Strong SQL and ETL/integration skills, including SSIS and Power Platform
• Experience delivering system/process improvements across teams
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders
• Experience managing teams and delivering complex projects
• Proven ability to learn new technologies and drive continuous improvement
