EU Talent Partner: Lead End-to-End AI Hiring

Duvo is expanding its Talent Partner team across Europe, reporting to the founder and working directly with hiring managers. You will own roles in engineering and GTM, run outbound sourcing, and use AI-driven screening to build a clean candidate pipeline.

We expect 3+ years in recruiting with full-cycle ownership, comfort hiring engineers and commercial roles, and strong collaboration with stakeholders. Remote-first across Europe with cross-market impact.
