Overview

In this role, you will lead Oracle HCM Cloud recruitment workstreams, delivering cross‑industry cloud solutions. You will collaborate with the UK Oracle team and develop credibility with client stakeholders, shaping HR transformation for diverse organisations, including government. You’ll operate in a client‑facing, delivery‑driven environment, using Oracle Cloud to drive value and innovation. This is a role with impact, combining leadership, technology, and strategic consulting across UK client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams delivering Oracle Cloud Recruitment solutions across multiple industries
• Collaborate as a core member of the UK Oracle team
• Develop credibility and relationships with client stakeholders
• Contribute to broader Oracle HCM/ERP implementation efforts
• Drive design and delivery of HR cloud solutions with a focus on value creation

Key requirements

• Oracle HCM Cloud workstream lead implementation experience across Core HR and other modules
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM setup and HR business processes
• Certified in 1 Oracle Module
• Experience with data migration and handling critical data
• Strong knowledge of integration touchpoints (e.g., HCM)
• Understanding HR processes and challenges
