EMEA Channel Activation Director – Flexible Work

Fidelity International in London or Milan is seeking a Head of Channel Activation to shape how marketing engages clients across paid, owned and earned channels in EMEA.

You will lead a high-performing team, drive data-driven activation, define measurement frameworks, and partner with Growth Marketing to balance brand and commercial outcomes. Fluency in English required; remote/hybrid working options are available. The role reports to the CMO EMEA.
