Luxury HRBP Director: Strategic People Partner

Burberry seeks a Director, HRBP to partner with the COO and leadership across Product, Design, Merchandising and Supply Chain. You will shape a global people strategy, translate priorities into measurable outcomes and lead a high‑performing, inclusive team across locations.

Regular in-person presence is required, with five days in the office. You will coach senior leaders, drive talent management, organisational design and change programmes, and ensure alignment with Burberry Forward values
