Comrise is seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join a modern legal platform on a contract/remote basis. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating SaaS contracts, NDAs, DPAs, and AI-related compliance matters for startups, SaaS firms, and enterprise technology clients.

Qualified solicitor or barrister in England & Wales with at least 5 years of experience in commercial contracts is required; top-tier or in-house tech experience is preferred. Remote London schedule offered.
