You will advise on development agreements, building contracts, and professional appointments, with exposure to energy and infrastructure projects. You’ll build trusted client relationships and contribute to business development within a leading Scottish firm. Responsibilities

• advise on construction contracts, development agreements, and professional appointments
• draft and review non-contentious project documentation
• manage matters with autonomy and quality control
• build and maintain client relationships across developers, contractors, funders and consultants
• contribute to business development activities and firm-wide growth
• collaborate within a team and mentor junior colleagues
• handle complex matters across the UK in energy, infrastructure and regeneration projects

Key requirements

• Scottish Qualified Solicitor
• at least 4 years of non-contentious construction experience
• strong drafting skills
• commercially minded with practical, solutions-focused advice
• solid communication and relationship-building abilities
• willingness to develop client relationships and partake in BD
• team-player with ability to manage own matters and support juniors
