Project Manager, Finance Integration

Overview

As Project Manager for Finance Integration within the Digital Core Banking programme, you will drive delivery of the finance integration workstream to support the bank’s retail proposition. You will oversee plans, governance, and resource alignment, and lead a cross-functional team to enable change and successful handover. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across franchises and levels to manage risks, costs, and outcomes. This hybrid, Edinburgh-based role offers development opportunities and a clear impact on digital banking transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance Integration project lifecycle and align with wider programme plans
• Prepare, analyse and report on project plans, controls and resource plans
• Engage stakeholders and enable change with effective handover
• Manage risk, assumptions, issues and dependencies
• Produce project initiation document aligned to strategic goals
• Estimate financials and support business case creation
• Track project costs and ensure delivery within budget
• Ensure deliverables meet requirements and governance standards

Key requirements

• Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2 or SAFe)
• Experience in change management
• Experience delivering strategic projects that support business growth
• Collaborative stakeholder management across levels
• Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies
• Experience in Finance or Core Banking domains
• Experience with applications for systems and delivery
