An opportunity to lead something a little different! We’re looking for an experienced Estate Director to take ownership of a unique, high-profile luxury residential development in SW London, working for a reputable and growing property management group.

This is a landmark scheme with exceptionally high standards, demanding stakeholders and a real opportunity to make your mark. We’re looking for someone who can see the bigger picture, lead confidently and take genuine ownership of the development.

The role:

• Take overall responsibility for the performance and running of the development.
• Oversee budgets, financial performance and expenditure.
• Lead and empower an established on-site team, delegating effectively.
• Build strong relationships with residents, the client and key stakeholders.
• Oversee projects, drive improvements and keep priorities on track.
• Maintain exceptional standards across operations and the resident experience.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in Estate or Development Management, ideally within a luxury residential scheme or similarly demanding environment.
• Strong financial acumen, with hands-on responsibility for budgets and financial performance.
• Confident leadership skills, including effective delegation and team management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, diplomacy and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach, with the confidence to make decisions and take ownership.
