Senior ABL Growth & Partnerships Director

Aldermore is expanding its Asset Based Lending team to support growth across the UK SME market. The role focuses on originating high-value ABL transactions and building strong introducer partnerships, with autonomy in a field‑based setting.

You will manage the entire sales process from enquiry to onboarding, prepare credit submissions, and stay attuned to market trends while collaborating with Risk, Operations and Relationship Management.
