Strategic Bid Lead – Construction (Up to £40M)

Sphere Solutions’ loyal client is seeking a Bid Manager to join a regional main contractor delivering Commercial New Build, Refurbishment/ Fit Out, Cladding/Facade and Residential projects.

Project values are typically up to £40M, and you will oversee bid strategy, tender qualification, risk review and submission processes across multiple sectors in the West of England. The role offers exposure to high-profile schemes and a collaborative office environment.
