Mortgage Case & Operations Manager

Kite Mortgages in London is seeking a capable Practice Manager to run the day-to-day operations alongside the director. You will manage the diary, inbox, caseload and the small tasks that keep a small firm running smoothly.

This is a new role to support growth; you will help shape the practice, coordinate client cases and ensure processes are documented as the team expands, with a mix of office-based work and a home day by arrangement.
