Highways Site Manager – Scotland | Lead Major Projects

Carrington West is recruiting a Site Manager to oversee highways projects across Scotland. You will lead site teams, plan programmes, manage resources and ensure delivery to scope, on time and to high safety standards.

You will travel across Scotland, support Northern England as needed, and report to clients and stakeholders. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong CDM and regulatory knowledge and a track record of delivering complex highway schemes.
