Job Description:
Morgan McKinley is seeking a Legal Counsel for a Global Bank in London. You will work with business teams on a broad range of transactional legal work, identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks, and coordinate with external counsel where appropriate.
The role requires reviewing and negotiating documentation, including opinions and conditions precedents, and providing input on new product approvals from a legal standpoint. Previous in-house banking legal experience is preferred.
