European Tax Manager – VAT & Compliance Lead

Morgan McKinley is recruiting a Tax Manager for Europe in Hertfordshire to lead and govern regional tax compliance across five European markets, including VAT, corporate tax, transfer pricing and SAO regimes. You will manage an in-country tax specialist team and partner with Finance, Legal, Buying, and US Tax teams.

The role requires senior tax expertise, strong people-management skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced multinational environment with cross-border collaboration.
