Remote Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Consultant (UK)

Focus Cloud Limited is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management Consultant to deliver and transform Oracle Fusion HCM solutions focused on Absence Management, Core HR and security for UK clients.

The role requires deep hands-on experience with Absence Management modules, Fast Formula configuration, and strong knowledge of UK absence legislation and Payroll integration. You will work with business teams across design, testing and deployment to meet regulatory requirements.
