Lead Site Agent — Civil & Utilities Projects

Fawkes & Reece is seeking a proactive Site Agent to join its Specialist Projects – Non-Infrastructure team. You will own delivery, lead site teams, and oversee civil engineering and utilities works, ensuring safety, quality and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors and clients, manage resources, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong relationships and compliance.
