Hybrid Group Finance Leader — Strategic Partner to Execs

Fusion People Ltd is seeking a hands-on Group Finance Manager to lead the finance function across our Stoke-on-Trent head office, Oldbury office, and regional hubs as we grow.

You will report to the Finance Director, strengthen financial controls, deliver timely management accounts and analysis for the Board, and guide acquisitions integration in a fast-moving, multi-entity environment.
