Senior Employer’s Agent position based in Cambridge, to lead high-value residential and healthcare projects from feasibility through to handover. You will manage design, tendering, contract administration, and client relationships, with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include reviewing documentation, running tender processes, securing sign-off, and overseeing site progression and variations. MRICS/MCIOB qualifications are advantageous.
