Voids Carpenter & Multi-Trader for Social Housing Refurbs

WPS has an exciting opportunity for a Carpenter Multi Trader to join our Responsive Maintenance division, based from Walton-on-Thames, focusing on void properties and bringing empty homes back to a high standard for new residents.

You will perform repair and multi-trade tasks, advise on additional trades, and work independently or with a team to complete refurbishments, documenting tasks and materials used while maintaining safety and quality standards.
