Strategic Compliance & H&S Lead – Multi-Site

Kitt is seeking a Health & Safety professional to lead compliance across our multi-site portfolio. You will own the strategy, audit statutory requirements, and manage third-party contractors to ensure robust safety standards.

You will advise internal teams on all H&S matters, drive portfolio-wide risk reduction, and ensure compliance with Fire, Water Hygiene, Asbestos, Gas, and Electrical regulations in the UK. This is a fast-paced role with tangible impact on growth and culture.
