Senior Consultant, OWT, Solutions

Overview

In this role you enable transformative training and learning solutions for complex client programmes. You work within the Organisation and Workforce Transformation practice, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective training that supports new technology adoption and behavioural change. You’ll shape learning content, mentor others, and grow client relationships while contributing to innovative approaches including AI-enabled learning tools. Responsibilities

• Design and develop training content to support delivery on projects or programmes
• Mentor and manage less experienced team members
• Support client relationship growth and identify opportunities; contribute to proposals to win work
• Contribute to development of propositions, solutions, methods, and industry viewpoints

Key requirements

• Experience in design and development of training content
• Experience supporting training delivery on projects or programmes (industry or consultancy)
• Development of training plans and management of critical paths
• Proficiency with digital content tools (e.g., Adobe Express, Vyond, Synthesia)
• Understanding of project management methodologies (Prince2 or Agile)
• Innovative mindset toward transformation, change management, and learning technology disruptors (e.g., Gen AI, Digital Adoption Platforms)
• Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
